Resolved

A platform framework upgrade changed how our application handled URL parsing and file uploads. This unintentionally disrupted how URLs and file paths were interpreted in certain flows, causing registrant SSO to fail and preventing some organizers from successfully updating SVG assets in Twig templates.

At 19:04 UTC, we initiated a rollback of the framework change, and by 19:25 UTC the rollback was complete, with registrant SSO and Twig SVG uploads functioning normally again.
